Manufacturing Defect or Damage Policy

In case the product is received in a damaged condition or has any manufacturing defect, the responsibility will lie with Sky Rise Decor.

Customers are required to share clear images and/or videos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Based on the nature of the issue, the product will either be repaired, replaced, or compensated with an alternative product, as deemed appropriate by Sky Rise Decor.

For minor damages, our service team will arrange repair at the customer’s location within 3 to 5 working days.

If the repair requires specialized machinery, the product may be collected and repaired at our factory to ensure proper workmanship.

Intimation Timeline for Damaged Goods

Customers must inform Sky Rise Decor about any damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery.

If no communication is received within this timeframe, the product will be considered as delivered in perfect condition, and Sky Rise Decor will not be liable for any damage claims raised thereafter.
