Sky Rise Decor
This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Sky Rise Decor (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order, the customer (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to the terms stated below.
This Policy is drafted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and related rules, as amended from time to time.
1.1 Most products offered by Sky Rise Decor are custom-made and manufactured specifically upon customer request.
1.2 Each product is crafted based on the size, design, finish, polish, fabric, or specifications selected or approved by the Customer.
1.3 Due to the customized nature of the products:
Orders are non-returnable once production has begun.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect choice, or subjective dissatisfaction.
Minor variations in wood grain, polish tone, fabric shade, stitching, dimensions (within reasonable tolerance), and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted furniture and shall not be considered defects.
1.4 By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that the purchase involves customized goods and agrees to the restrictions stated in this Policy.
2.1 Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation AND before the product enters the manufacturing process, whichever occurs earlier.
2.2 Since production may begin shortly after confirmation, Customers are advised to review their order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
2.3 If cancellation is requested within 24 hours and production has not commenced:
The order may be cancelled.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Payment gateway charges, bank fees, transaction charges, and any applicable deductions will be adjusted from the refund amount.
2.4 Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
2.5 No cancellation or refund will be allowed once the product has been dispatched from our facility.
Estimated Manufacturing Period: 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Period: 7–10 working days after dispatch.
These timelines are approximate and subject to:
Material availability
Customization complexity
Logistics constraints
Public holidays
Force majeure events
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not entitle the Customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation.
4.1 The Customer must record a clear, continuous, and unedited video while unboxing the product at the time of delivery.
4.2 The video must clearly show:
The sealed outer packaging
The opening process
The internal packaging
The complete condition of the product from all visible angles
4.3 The unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to:
Transit damage
Physical damage
Missing components
Visible manufacturing defects
4.4 Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video shall not be entertained.
5.1 Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5.2 The Customer must provide:
Complete unboxing video
Clear images of the issue
Order number and invoice details
5.3 If no complaint is received within 24 hours, the product shall be deemed accepted in satisfactory condition.
5.4 Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery shall not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Upon verification of a valid claim supported by required evidence, Sky Rise Decor may, at its sole discretion:
Arrange on-site repair within 3–5 working days (for minor issues), or
Arrange pickup for factory repair if specialized correction is required, or
Replace the defective part or product, or
Offer reasonable compensation or store credit.
Refunds shall only be issued if repair or replacement is not feasible, as determined solely by the Company.
The Company’s decision regarding the appropriate remedy shall be final, subject to applicable Indian law.
7.1 All products are securely packaged before dispatch.
7.2 Delivery is carried out through third-party logistics providers.
7.3 Sky Rise Decor shall not be liable for:
Transit-related claims not supported by unboxing video
Delays caused by logistics providers
Delivery issues arising from incorrect address details provided by the Customer
Optional transit protection may be offered at additional cost, subject to separate terms.
Refunds shall not be issued in cases including but not limited to:
No unboxing video provided
Complaint reported after 24 hours
Natural material variations
Damage caused after delivery
Improper handling or misuse
Refusal to accept delivery without valid documented reason
9.1 The maximum liability of Sky Rise Decor shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
9.2 Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of business or income
Emotional dissatisfaction
Third-party expenses
Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited under Indian law.
Sky Rise Decor shall not be held responsible for delay or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, or transportation interruptions.
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to purchases from Sky Rise Decor shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh – 247001.
