Sky Rise Decor

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services, website, and purchase of products from Sky Rise Decor (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

 

 

1. General

1.1 Sky Rise Decor is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of custom-made furniture.

1.2 These Terms shall apply to all orders, sales, and transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of purchase shall apply.

 

 

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete.

 

 

3. Product Nature & Custom Orders

3.1 Most products offered are custom-made and manufactured upon request.

3.2 Due to the handcrafted nature of furniture:

  • Slight variations in wood grain, polish shade, fabric tone, finish, carving, stitching, or dimensions (within reasonable tolerance) are natural and shall not be considered defects.

  • Product images displayed may vary slightly from the final delivered item due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material differences.

3.3 Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

4.3 Full or partial payment (as communicated) must be made to confirm the order.

4.4 Sky Rise Decor shall not be responsible for payment gateway failures, bank delays, or transaction errors beyond our control.

 

 

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

5.1 Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

5.2 Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation AND before production begins, whichever occurs earlier.

5.3 Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellation shall not be permitted.

5.4 No cancellation shall be accepted after dispatch.

 

 

6. Manufacturing & Delivery

  • Manufacturing Time: Approximately 3–4 weeks.

  • Delivery Time: 7–10 working days after dispatch (within India).

Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to logistics, material availability, public holidays, and force majeure events.

Delays shall not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.

 

 

7. Shipping & Installation

7.1 Free shipping and installation are provided within India, subject to feasibility and accessibility.

7.3 Customers must ensure proper access at the delivery location. Any additional costs due to access limitations or re-delivery shall be borne by the Customer.

 

 

8. Inspection & Mandatory Unboxing Video

8.1 Customers must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video at the time of delivery.

8.2 Any damage, defect, or issue must be reported within 24 hours along with:

  • Complete unboxing video

  • Clear photographs

  • Order details

8.3 Claims without unboxing video or reported after 24 hours shall not be entertained.

 

 

9. Returns, Repairs & Refunds

9.1 As products are custom-made, returns are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.

9.2 Upon approval of a valid claim, the Company may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace defective parts

  • Provide replacement

  • Offer reasonable compensation

Refunds will only be issued if repair or replacement is not feasible, as determined solely by the Company.

 

 

10. Warranty (If Applicable)

If a warranty is provided, it shall cover only manufacturing defects and shall not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Exposure to moisture, sunlight, or improper maintenance

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty terms, if applicable, shall be communicated separately.

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The maximum liability of Sky Rise Decor shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

11.2 Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of business or profits

  • Emotional dissatisfaction

  • Third-party damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under Indian law.

 

 

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, content, and materials used by Sky Rise Decor are the intellectual property of the Company.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

 

 

13. Force Majeure

Sky Rise Decor shall not be held liable for delay or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, or transportation interruptions.

 

 

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from transactions with Sky Rise Decor shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh – 247001.
